Researching George Johnson b. 1833/Eng. came US 1857 served in 51st PA Inf. Co. B. married 1st Ann E. Hummer 1859/PA they were found 1860 census Northhampton Co. PA as Ann passed away 1866 in NJ and George Johnson re-married another Ann Elizabeth Moon widow of Thomas Moon nee Steele and the only children were noted in 1870 Lebanon, Hunterdon Co. NJ. Those noted were: Wm. H. Moon 1857/Canada, Sarah A.Moon 1859/Canada, Rachel A.Moon1861/Canada,Benjamine Moon 1864/NJ, and Dora Aliska (says Moon not sure) 1868/NJ (suspect she is only child as this time of George & Ann nee Steele) Pension records of George Johnson says Anne nee Hight children were Dorkska b. 4/6/1868/NJ, George Emerson 3/3/1871 and James H. 4/14/1873 and Mabel 1879/KS.
