Laura Paine was born in Mercer County in 1864. She married John Patton in Philadelphia in 1879 and was widowed by 1881. She moved back to Trenton by 1882. She married Albert Stacy Cubberly shortly thereafter. I found Albert, Laura, Albert Jr. and Addie (Laura's daughter from her first marriage) in the 1885 NJ Census. My next record of them is Albert's obit in 1889, which says he was predeceased by his wife. Laura's parents and her sister Anna are buried in the family plot at Riverview Cemetery which was purchased in 1871. She was not buried there. I think Albert had her buried in his family graveyard but I haven't been able to find it. Any ideas? Has anyone seen an obit for her? I think she died in 1887.
