Hi,

Sorry, but I do not know a lot about the Sopers. Jonathan Soper was listed in the tax lists for Woodbridge, Middlesex County, New Jersey in 1785, 1786, 1787, 1793, and 1817.

On 13 July 1793, Jonathan registered his animal's earmark with the Woodbridge Town Clerk. On 30 November 1793, Jonathan was listed in the Militia List for Woodbridge, New Jersey. He was listed as 27 years old.

He married a daughter of James and Jane Mundy, but I do not know her first name.

Jonathan had another daughter named Jane (birth year unknown). There may have been other children, but I do not know about them.

Sorry that I could not be of more help.

Wendy
