Yep, that'd be them. I talked to my aunt and she couldn't remember her grandfather's name (they didn't keep touch with the family when my grandfather died) but she knew her grandmother was Matilda.
I believed Raymond was buried in Monmouth because that's where they lived and it seemed odd to bury him out of county, but not impossible.
I'm not certain of his exact death date, though it was in 1957 of a diabetic coma. I would guess in the summer or spring because his kids were playing around him in the backyard and he died in a lawnchair. :( This was before diabetes were easily controlled.
