My Upper Freehold, Monmouth County, mysteries

Classification: Query
Surnames: Bowman, Jackson, Mitchell
I have this family pretty well researched but I'm missing the following info:

1) Ellen (Mitchell) (Bowman) Jackson, abt 1820. Found in Upper Freehold, 1850 through 1885. When did she die & where is she buried? (2nd husband William Jackson & son Joseph R. Jackson are buried Cream Ridge Cemetery, 1888 & 1881, respectively.) I have not found a will or probate records for William in 1888 but I will be checking to see what became of his property. Is there an older transcription for this cemetery? I've checked with the Monmouth Co. Historical Society, findagrave.com & interment.net.

2) Ellen & William's daughter, Mary Jackson, abt 1851, Upper Freehold. Found in 1860 & 1870 only. What happened to her...did she marry or die? If married, to whom? If she died, when & where buried?

3) Ellen's suspected son, Joseph Bowman, abt 1842, found in neighboring Rowland Mitchell family in 1850 Upper Freehold & no where else. What happened to him? Did he die before the 2nd son, Joseph R. Jackson, was born? I can't imagine naming another son Joseph if not but I've found no death record.
