Mary Biggin - Union Beach boarding house 1930 census

Wondering if anyone has any information about a Raymond Biggin(b.1912) and his mother Mary(b.1870) in Union Beach,NJ around 1930. I found them in the 1930 census(New Jersey/Monmouth/Union Beach/District/115/10) running what appears to be a boarding house. Mary's occupation is listed as a Guardian for State Children.

They have a boarder named William Kane who was 8 years old at the time. My grandfather (William Kane, b.1922) was an orphan and lived in a few boarding houses and orphanages as a child. I'm trying to determine if this record might be his.
Any information you can share on this family or boarding house would be helpful.
Thanks,
Ian Kane
