I found Jennie R. Foster born 1861, with her daughter Phebe H. Blaine born 1879, in the 1880 Census for Upper Freehold Township. It showed Jennie as being born in NJ, her father born in Maryland, and her mother born in NJ. They were living with the Cornelius Matthew family. Can anyone help find where they went or where they came from. Did Jennie R. Foster pass away? She may have been a Native American. This is the only information that I have on them. Her daughter Phebe H. Blaine was my grandmother. She was raised by the Joseph Harvey family in Point Pleasant, NJ. Phebe Hannah Blaine married Thomas Graham Pearce in Point Pleasant, NJ.
