I am searching for the name and location of the cemetery for J. Frank Brown who died at age 32 on 1/5/1866 in Philadelphia, PA, but whose death certificate states only that he was buried in Salem (City or County?), New Jersey.

His father was Joseph E. (or F.) Brown and his mother was Hannah B. Brown.

I am not related to him.
