Hi! I am seeking information about the family of Jacob Pence, of Mansfield Twp., Sussex (later Warren) County, New Jersey. He died in Nov/Dec 1805, leaving a WILL, in which he named a son Jacob and three daughters (Christina, Elizabeth and Mary). He also named two grandchildren [Martha Smith Hill & John Smith] and four children of his deceased grandson Christopher Johnston.
I am seeking information about the four unnamed children, as I believe one of them may have been my 4th great grandfather, Peter Johnston who was born about 1796. He married Sarah Elizabeth Snyder about 1825 and they moved to Indiana County, PA., about 1835.

Does ANYONE have information about any of these families or persons?
