I checked Warren Marriages 1824-1855 for Job Johnson, Richard Dilly/ey and Sarah Farlee/ey. There were no entries of any of these names.

I also checked Somerset Marriages and Hunterdon Marriages, both of which date back to 1795. None of these people were listed.

Since Warren was set off from Sussex in 1825, I suggest you also post on the Sussex board. A marriage before 1825 (presumably Sarah's first to Dilley) might be found in Sussex Co.

You might also consider Northhampton County, PA as a possible marriage location.

In my search I found a Richard Dilly in Knowlton Township (then Sussex Co, now Warren Co.) in 1773/4 tax list.

I also note that there was an inventory in 1830 for a Richard Dilley in Hunterdon County. The date looks possible to be your man. If you do not already have this record, I can tell you how to get it.

I wish I could have turned up more for you. Unfortunately, I no longer live in Warren County, NJ and have very few sources available to me here.
