No, grandpa Virgil and wife Marie (Lubich) Goodpasture, did not die in a car wreck. They lived for many years after the children were taken. Grandpa was 88 when he died. and Marie died a several years after he did. Grandpa died in 1992, Marie in 2000-2002. They moved alot and Grandpas used many alias names. He was in trouble alot. Grandpa was a real character.
Jack should know who I am, and my mother and her twin sister, he & Charoltte, came up here to see us way back in 1990-91. H wrote me for a logn time afterwards, untill he met Victoria, last letter he was planning to marry her. That was the last I heard from him. So never knew he had had any children. Back when we met Jack he was very involved in Indian Pow Wows. and very interested in our Native Aemrican Heritage.
