Looking for possible family of Bomar Arrington Phillips who lived in Otero County in the late 1800's and early 1900's. He died in Guadalajara Mexico in 1935. He worked for a railroad possibly in buying timber. Have found no record in census records. He was born in Georgia abt 1869. According to correspondances he lived in a boarding house in Alamorgodo.
