This is what I know about the Finkle/Hutchins connection. I would be interested in any additional information about the Finkle family named.

Melva Edith Hutchins (Edwin Burton Hutchins, Ada A. Marden, Eliza Jane) was born on 20 Nov 1913 in Erving, Franklin, Massachusetts, a daughter of Edwin Burton and Ethel Nellie (Davis) Hutchins. Melva married Harvey Finkle in 1933. Harvey was born on 17 Jan 1902. They resided in Mellenville, Columbia, New York after their marriage. A granite stone in the Mellonville cemetery has the words: Finkle; Harvey, 1902-1981 and Melva E., 1913-1982 on it. Harvey died in May 1981. Melva died in December 1981.

Melva and Harvey had the following children:
i. Floyd Finkle was born on 23 Feb 1934 in Philmont, Columbia, New York. He died in July 1978. A granite stone in the military section of the Mellonville Cemetery, Mellonville, New York has the following on it: S/Sgt Floyd Finkle, 512-697-82, 3RD HD CO 3RD DIV HD, Korean - Vietnam, 1934-1978.
