In my archives, I have the following:

Gilbert DREW, b. 11 Apr 1732 at Frederickstown, Putnam Co., NY, d. 26 Mar 1812, in Carmel, Putnam Co. NY, son of Cornelius, m. 1st, 5 Jul 1753 at Carmel, Putnam Co., NY, b. ca. 1753 d. ca. 1790. Gilbert and Sarah had a daughter, Elizabeth, b. 1763, d. 14 Dec 1841 in Steuben Co., NY (source, Connecticut NUTMEGGER, Vol. 26 # 3, p. 520) She married Eber TOWNSEND.

I received this information from Helen Cooper, 2308 Lillooet Cres., Kelowna, British Columbia V1V 1T2. That material includes ancestors of Gilbert back to Edward Drew, b. ca. 1544 in England, who was knighted in 1569. The Ref. On him is Genealogical Register of Plymouth Families, Davis, pgs. 91/5, and Genealogies of Mayflower Famlies, 1:37, from the New England Historical and Genealogical Register. I can fill in the blanks between Edward and Gilbert if you need them.
