Well, here goes.
I'm not related to Mustizer/Janner. Saw your post with no responses & gave it a try.
This does not answer your post request for the marriage record.
From the Buffalo Library list I have - your church is not on it. You will have to
order the film from LDS. Recommended as you should find their children's births as
well. Very possible that all of Mustizer & Janner's in Buffalo are with that church &
you could really make serious headway in your research.
Lots of puzzle pieces you'll have to make sense of.
Don't take it as 100% accurate - check it all for yourself.
Two John Mustizers' - father & son. With obits for "sister's of
John Mustizer/Mostizer" - gotta make sure which John they are
referring to.

ROME MATTERS.
TAKEN FOR A TRAMP.
Engineer John Mustizer met with quite a thrilling adventure to-day.
Henry Hager owns a farm some two miles out of the city which
Mustizer has been talking of purchasing. To-day he had a chance to
ride over there, and seeing a woman at the farm house, he started
in that direction to make known the object of his visit. The woman
seeing him coming ran into the house and shut the door. Then
Mustizer walked out to the barns and began to look them over. The
woman in some way signaled to the men who were at work at
some distance in the field and the first thing the would-be purchaser
knew two men were making for him with clubs and stones, so he took
to the road, hard pressed by the men and the woman. Coming to the
school house he had just time to get in and lock the door; two
young ladies who were in the school house jumped out of the windows.
A council of war was held, and while a portion of the party went off
after assistancem John, watching his opportunity, slipped out and
made for the city, which he reached in safety, the much out of breath.

ROME MATTERS.
It will be remembered that last Thursday John Mustizer went over to
look at Henry Hager's farm and was stoned by the occupants, Mr. and
Mrs. John Breeds and their son. Mustizer, accompanied by Mr. Hager
and an officer, went over there in the evening to compare notes with the
occupants. Mrs. Breeds seemed not to be satisfied and swore out a
warrant for Mustizer. The examination was set down for 10 am to-day.
At that hour the complainant did not appear and the case was dismissed.
Later the Breeds came here and Mr. Mustizer obtained
warrants for Breeds and his son for disorderly conduct. The
examination is set down for 10am Saturday.

OSWEGO - July 6 - Harold Mustizer, 30, of West Monroe, Oswego
county, was drowned in six feet of water in Lake Ontario off Lake View
today as his 80-year old father, George Mustizer, made a vain attempt
to save him from the fate which claimed the life of another son 30 years
ago to a day.
The aged father waded into the water but collapsed only a few feet
from his son. He was pulled ashore and is in a condition suffering
from exposure and shock.
Mustizer was wading on the rocky bottom of the beach when
apparently he stumbled and fell, stricking his head on a stone which
stunned him. A severe bruise was found on his head when the body
was recovered by Rev. D.J.Short, 72, of East Rochester.
