Looking for any resources that might be available concerning a mercantile type business in Buffalo, approx. 1847. Have letters from Philip Livingston discussing closing his store and moving items to Ohio. Also mentioned is a place called The Pavillion, think this is where his store might have been located. Anyone know of the Pavillion exisiting in 1847, or any business directories from that time?
