Classification: Query
Surnames: Miller, Grunwald, Greenwood
Some time ago (about a year) I was contacted by someone (their email is in a stack somewhere in my office, but I can't find it) looking to connect their Frank Miller, born about 1868 in Evans Mill/Clayton, to my George H. Miller, born about 1861 in Evans Mill.
I've found both listed in the 1880 Federal Census for Clayton with an adopted sister, Sarah, a boarder, George Shadler, and parents, Bonue/Boney & Rosa. Boney & Rosa are buried in the Depauville cemetery and some of their infant children are buried in the Lutheran cemetery. George H's death certificate says his parents were George T. and Therese (Grunwald) Miller.
If this sounds familiar to anyone, please drop me a line.
Yours in genealogical research,
Liz
