I am part of a book committee on civil war tokens which we are editing and re-writing a 1982 book. Fayette Lodawick Robinson"Yankee Robinson" issued some tokens during the civil war and we are trying to determine where he spent the most time during the civil war years....I have him in Mew York until the spring of 1863 when he then went to Illinois but I have not been able to determine what town he actually wintered his circus in during the winters of 1863 and 1864.....i know he wintered in Peoria curing the winter of 1865 but the war was over by then....We want to assign him to a city and possibly Kankakee my be it?....He issued a lot featuring his "Triad" show and these are dated 1863.....Any information on that?...

Thanks for your help with this....we want to be as accurate as possible....Seems like a lot of information on him PRIOR to 1861...and a lot starting 1865 but not a lot in between...
