Well just looking at the 1875 map of Sullivan, the school house appears to actually be on Canaseraga Rd just west of the jct. with Harsh Rd., on the south side of the road. As far as your family goes, I would suggest you look at Census schedules. The 1870 Census for Lenox, Madison Co. shows Hiram 34, wife Sarah 28 and son John 10mos [b. July 1869] (and two siblings). I don't see Hiram on the 1860 or 1850 but you need to consider alternate spellings e.g. Wynn, Winne, Wynne, etc. (I didn't look very hard.) Not clear if you already have the Bosworth line traced out but through 1850-1880 census data it is pretty easy to figure out Hattie's parents and all four grandparents. If you need pointers on this, ask.
