I have come across an old scrapbook and have no idea who it belonged to. from the 1930's and 1940's . A few of the newspaper clippings were of people with the last name of "Bartman". Look to be from the Rochester NY area. Also - Kulp , and several others. I would guess that the owner of this was a Bartman or was closely related. I wish I knew who this belonged to, and could just give it as a whole back to the family, but I would have no way of knowing who it belonged to.
Does anyone know of their mother or relative that kept a scrapbook in the 1930's and 1940's that has been missing?
