Can any Lister help me find family records for 'CURTIS WILLIAM DOWD' who was living in Rochester at that time ?
He was born in Scranton,PA area and was age 36 at that time. I am interested in learning what family members were with him-wife and kids- or if not married-if he was living with another friend or relative. Thanks for any help.
