Glad to help (I am a sir, BTW). There might be an indication of what happened to the records in the title," Historical Records Survey. Guide to Vital Statistics Records of Churches in New York State (Exclusive of New York City). 2 volumes" - At various libraries (WorldCat). It was compiled about 1941, and so 70 years ago it states what was found to exist where. If things were gone then, it would say that. Using Worldcat.org (free) you can see which library near you has a copy, or order it on microfilm from the Family History Center. or you could ask the Rochester Library Local History Division to check the entry in their copy.
