How to look up an address in 1900 US Census New York (lower east side)

I am trying to track down a g-g- grandmother in either the 1900 or 1905 US Census. I know that these were her details in 1906:

Name: Dora KAPLAN
DOB: Abt 1883. Russia (perhaps Bialystok)
Mother Reina KAPLAN (arrived 1905)
Father: Solomon KAPLAN (may be deceased)
Brother Meyer and Jacob. Sister Mary.

Dora KAPLAN lived at 124 Delancey Street, Lower East Side in 1906.

How could I look at this address on the 1905 New York Census or the 1900 US Census?

Thanks for any ideas on finding her by geography.

Shannon
