St. Joseph's church in Utica

I was wondering if somebody could help me find contact info for a church. I have found the obit of an ancestor and it says he was a member of St. Joseph's church. He lived in Utica and his niece is buried in the St. Joseph cemetery on Chaplain Ave. I am assuming that this is also where Franz Eymuth is buried but he is not listed. I have read that some of the graves from the earlier cemetery were moved to the newer one and no list remains. Does this mean that the cemetery does not have any records of the earlier burials? Franz died in 1898.

My friend tried to call the cemetery this morning and she said the answering machine said Assumption cemetery. Is this the same place?

Is St. Joseph's church the one that is now with St. Patrick's?

Thanks for any help on this one.
