Thomas Hamilton Hall and his brother moved from Rome, Oneida County, New York to Ontario Canada c1831/2.
From a newspaper entry... "on coming to Canada, along with a brother, he resided for some time at the Humber, where a very distressing visitation occured to the untimely and tragic death of his beloved brother. When firing a large pistol, it burst and a fragment penetrated his forehead and lodged in the brain."

Found on the 1820 Lee Twp, Oneida County, New York census a Moses Hall and his family. Would like contact from anyone researching this family, or having knowledge of this family.
