Juvenile home in Syracuse, 1943

Can anyone tell me the name of a juvenile home in Syracuse in 1943? I read about it in a Syracuse newspaper on Ancestry.com. The article didn't give the name of the home but it was for kids who got into legal trouble, like a reformatory, not a foundling home for poor, orphaned or abandoned kids. I didn't find anything on Google.
