Where did you send to for the death certificate? The state vital records may have a record of the death, or the county. You should be able to write to Onondaga County Vital Records and get a copy if the death was recorded. Sometimes they aren't. If she died in Cortland, that would be in Cortland County, not Onondaga. I think Tully and maybe Homer may also be Cortland County. I can check on the addresses for you if you need them.
