Rev. George TAYLOR [1775-1851], born in Rodney Stoke, Somerset, England, married (1) Elizabeth RADFORD; (2) Ann WILTON. Came to Onondaga "Hollow" 1810-1812, settling there permanently in 1819. Pioneer Methodist preacher, lived in "Polaski King House" on Valley Drive. Children: Sarah TAYLOR [1799-1826], m. Isaac BRADFORD and died in England; George TAYLOR [1804-1870], settled in Cicero, NY, his son was John WILTON TAYLOR of Napoleon, OH; Eliza TAYLOR [1806-1834], m. Moses Webster NEWCOMB of Cicero and Van Buren, NY, their children were Sarah Ann HAUSENFRATZ, George WILTON NEWCOMB, and Eliza Harriet BUSSING; Harriet TAYLOR [1810-1883], m. Fred KIMBER of Onondaga Valley.
