Isn't the internet wonderful? When I first started searching for the FIELD's I had to go to court houses, cemeteries, churches, and anywhere else I could think of. I found my first piece of info in the Family History Library in Salt Lake City. And that was Edward FIELD in the 1880 census with his father and mother and brother, Cyrus. From there on, I've been bitten by the genealogy bug.
