This indenture made this 25th day of April 1856 between Harry Winchell, Joseph Booth & Polly his wife, Permelly Kent, Jacob Winchell, Joseph Ackles & Aseneth his wife, Ambrose G Morehouse & Ruth his wife, Sally Spencer and Seymour Winchell heirs at law of Jacob Winchell late of LaFayette, County of Onondaga, deceased of the first part and Daniel Gott of Pompey in said County of the second part witnesseth that the parties of the first part for themselves and their heirs have and do hereby for the value received bargain sell and quit claim unto the said party of the second part all that farm of land on Lot No 89 LaFayette of about one hundred acres which Jacob Winchell deceased occupied and possessed in his lifetime and at the time of his death and all the estate right title claim and demand of the parties of the first part of indenture same and every part thereof to have and to hold the same to the party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever witnesses our hands and seals the day and year first above written Henry Winchel, Salley Spencer, Permilly Kent, Joseph Booth, Polly Booth, Seymour Winchell, Jacob Winchell, Ambrose G Morehouse, Ruth Morehouse, Joseph Ackes, Asenath Ackles Onondaga County.
