Looking for information regarding Eliza WARD of Canandaigua. I have found references to her in two places:
1. 1830 census for Canandaigua (on a Ward Family website). I presume that Ward was her married name and that she was a widow at the time.
2. Poor House Indentures list on RAIMS website. In 1830 I believe the same Eliza Ward from the census became the guardian for indenture Sarah Van Winkle.
Interested in knowing ANYTHING more about her: spouse's name, children, etc.
This is NOT Eliza Ward (1829-1904), daughter of Rev. Moses Ward of Cheshire, who married George Curtis. However, I would particularly like to know if there is any connection to Moses' father, Stephen Ward of Cheshire, who died in 1824.
