I am seeking descendants of Silas Brown, Rev. War soldier, who was living in Wallkill, Orange Co, 1800- 1839, first wife Olive, second Mrs. Margaret Crance (m. 1831, New Vernon, NY) Had one daughter at least, Abigail who married a James Brown, living in Bloomingburgh, Sullivan Co. NY in 1833. She had the family records, according to Silas'pension application. Need records for his brother, John Brown, who was living i 1833 ?? NY. Have lots of data to exchange.
