Surnames: Ackerman, Barlow
Looking for more information on James Ackerman, veteran of the War of 1812. Fought at Sacketts Harbor. What I know so far:
James b 1781, d? m 1806 Drucilla Sweet. Children:
Thomas, b 1807; Louisa, b 1808; Elizabeth b March 10, 1810, d May 22, 1886; Malissa, b Dec. 27, 1815.
James and Drucilla are buried in Hillside Cemetery, Scriba.
Eliazbeth m John W. Barlow.
Does anyone have the above Ackermans that can help confirm Elizabeth's and John's children? Also would like to know more about James and his military career.
