Marry Rippen was NOT a wife of Oliver Story who married Lois Tubbs in 1788. He died 1830 and left Lois a widow. This information is from his RW pension application.

What is the date of the marriage for Lucy Story? Does it give the ages of the couple? I don't have the census in front of me but I believe there was another Oliver who may be a son or grandson.
