Surnames: The Qua family
Samuel Edward Qua born in Hebron NY in 1819 was my great grandfather. He married Margaret Hobson who was born at sea on a ship from Ireland. She was adopted by Ruben Blood. I am lucky enough to have a picture of the family which includes Samuel and Margaret and their children: Ruben, Henry J. George F. Ella, and my grandfather Samuel Qua II. I would be happy to share. My father was Elmer L Qua and his second wife was my mother. He was much older than she. I was born in 1936. If anyone is interested in corresponding, I would be glad to hear from you.
