FYI....My site (http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~stlawgen) doesn't have any list of look-up volunteers and is pretty much dedicated to the data I've collected myself. I think you are confusing it with the St. Lawrence County Rootsweb site (http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~nystlawr/) that is maintained by Norm Young and Russ Sprague.
Quite a few people seem to think I run the St. Lawrence County site, and I just wanted to clear that up. Russ and Norm do a great job with it!
