I live in Canada and need advice on how to get an obituary from the Ogdensburg newspaper for Dr. Charles D. Pomeroy who died in Ogdensburg July 31 1926. Is there a library service that will look this up and mail to me or is there a local researcher. I am willing to pay any fees.
