This is taken from Frank Best's book written in 1904. I have the line from Addie Amidon down, but would like to connect to her siblings and also the HEAD family.

MARTIN VAN BUREN AMIDON ( Smith, 315 Ralph, 108 Roger, 29 Roger, 10 Philip, 6 Roger 1 ), born at Hornellsville, N. Y., November 3, 1837. He married, January 12, 1862, Sarah, daughter of Harry and Catherine (BROWER) HEAD. She was born September 7, 1836. He served in Battery L, 16th N. Y. Regiment, from December 5, 1863, to August 21, 1865. He was a farmer and lives at Hornellsville, N. Y.
CHILDREN.

1123 -- Addie May, born April 22, 1863; married August 23, 1882, James LARROW (my note: s/b LOROW), Hornellville, N. Y.

1124 -- George Grant, born May 3, 1864; married August 25, 1883, Belle H. JACOBS.

1125 -- John Tyler, born December 10, 1867; married December 12, 1895, Alma RAZEY

1126 -- Walter Caleb, born March 11, 1870.

1127 -- Hattie Elsie, born November 3, 1873; married June 6, 1897, Fred BENNETT, Hornellsville, N. Y.

1128 -- Jessie Ella, born December 12, 1879; married December 24,1899, Monroe WOODWORTH, Hornellsville, N. Y.
