Greetings,
The Amos b.1760 and Lois b.1762(Reed) Laning of New Jersey possibly would most likely be gr-grandparents to Amos V. Lanning b.1822.
I think either William 1779-1859 and Anna, were his grandparents,or,Jasper 1790-1876 and Margaret, his parents.
I recently found that Warren Rolfe Lanning b.1847 was the child of Thomas Jefferson Lanning 1825-1901 and Susanna Rolfe b.1825.
I am pretty sure that William 1779-1859 and Jasper 1790-1876 are brothers and the son's of Amos 1760 and Lois 1762 (Reed)Laning of New Jersey.
I do not know what the family structure of the Lannings buried in Rolfe Cemetery, or, their relation to Benjamin Lanning 1807-1879 and the other Lannings buried at the Grove Cemetery in Ulysses.

I am trying to ascertain that William and Jasper are the son's of Amos and Lois, who are the children of the brothers and what the relation is to Benjamin and the other Lannings Buried in Grove Cemetery.
