Surnames: Durkee, Bardwell, Bentley, West
the Durkee Farm that I am aware of was in Hartford. I have 2 photos of my gr.gr. gr.grandfather William Durkee sitting on the porch with a fiddle in his hand and one where he is sitting in a chair on the lawn. The 3rd photo is just of the house with the caption "Uncle Bills at Belcher". The one with him sitting on the lawn says "William Durkee. Lorner Durkee Farm, Durkee Lane, Hartford, NY" and the one with the fiddle just says "Wm. Durkee." These all came from my grandmother's collection. She would have been William's gr. granddaughter.
