I was unable to find a cemetery listing for Nathan or either of his wives.
Here is what I did find:

History of Washington County, New York
page 316 Fort Edward
James Durkee from Woodbury, Conn. settled in the east part of town. He had one daughter Betsy and five sons --
Solomon, Thomas, James, Nathan and Lydius...and was the ancester of the numerous and substanial Durkee family in this section.

page 322b
In an article about John Durkee son of Solomon...
Solomon was the eldest of five sons and two daughters and emigrated to that place from Connecticut with his parents Thomas Durkee and Lydia Pitcher in 1762.

The Argyle Patent and Its Early Settlers
by James MacNaughton, Jr of Queensbury, NY published 1999
page 341

Nathan Durkee was husband of Eva Lindsay, daughter of Duncan Lindsay of lot 131. Nathan was the son of James Durkee and his wife Lydia Pitcher, who were pioneers in a section of the Argyle Patent which is now in Fort Edward. Born in 1760, Nathan served in the Charlotte County Militia during the Revolution as did his brothers Solomon, Thomas, James, and Lydius. After Eve's death, he married Eunice Clement.

Thomas Durkee came to Fort Edward about 1762 from Woodbury, Connecticut and settled in the east portion of the town, now known as Durkeetown, and the family consisted of five sons. Solomon, Nathan, James, Thomas, Lydius, and two daughters Betsy and one havent found.
