Im trying to find information on relations to Salvatore John Carbonaro aka Sam. All that I know is he was born in NY either 1931 or 1932, wife's name was Dolores, lived in Tampa, Fl, owned a private jet and owned a resturant. He later remarried in late 70 or early 80, had a brother named Tommy and that they are both mentioned in several books regarding mafia. Can anyone provide any additional info.
