I am searching for more information concerning John Reuben White and Elizabeth Lail from Alexander County, Taylorsville, North Carolina. John and Elizabeth had my great-great grandmother, Anna "Annie" White. Anna "Annie" White married my great-great grandfather, Alexander Pennell in Alexander County, Taylorsville, North Carolina. Also, Anna had two other sisters who married Alexander's brothers, so the White and Pennell family mixed together to raise families of their own. Wesley Pennell married Celia White and William Pennell married Amy White. Wesley, Alexander and William were brothers and Anna, Celia and Amy were sisters.
