I'm trying to locate a grave marker for Adam Lawrence Arney (1751-10/16/1802). The actual grave marker may state, "A. L. Arney". I only know that it's located in Burke County, North Carolina, I don't know, at what cemetery.

Adam Lawrence Arney, was the son of Jacob Arney, and was born in 1751, in York(town), York County, Pennsylvania.

His wife's name was Anna Catherine Lutz 4/13/1762-4/20/1862, she is buried in Caldwell County, North Carolina.

If you can help me, locate this grave marker, please let me know.

Stan,
The information you posted at Find A Grave (http://tinyurl.com/mpudeau) states he is buried at Littlejohn United Methodist Church in present-day Caldwell County, NC. A marker exists for Catherine, but when the Caldwell County Genealogical Society published a 1985 survey of Littlejohn United Methodist Church Cemetery, there was no marker for your Adam Lawrence Arney.
