Hi Richard, I'm a descendant of James Poteat and his son William Louis Poteat. The only small plot at Forest Home (the Poteat home) that I've seen has only a few graves and Ben isn't one of them; the house was basically uninhabited from 1870 to 1928; I talked to one of my great-aunts this morning though and she's going to talk to the folks who are still the onsite caretakers down there. Hopefully we can find something out -
