I have emailed a scanned copy of the Currituck County Tax and Militia List that shows a record of expenses paid by Richard Caswell as Treasurer of the Sourhern District of NC for those that answered the call to arms for the Battle of Great Bridge. The way the article reads I am not sure that this is a complete list of all the men that were in the Battle. Again, I am not sure but I believe the book was written by a Dr. Bennett. Good luck.
