I attempted to get in touch with Jesse Steven Hargrove a while back, because of another message he had posted on another site, but had no luck.

I am very interested in whatever you can tell me about Jane Lindsay (1779-1827) and Jesse Hargrave. I am trayng to collect information on all of the children of Robert Lindsay (d.1801).

I am descended from Jane's brother William (1777-1841) and his wife Elizabeth Briggs, my 4th great grandparents. I hope we can compare notes.
