William Bodenhamer b 24 March 1784 married Elizabeth Daniel b 4 March 1785 they were married ca 1806 Elizabeth died 23 Oct 1826 and William married Martha Pitts Welch who was the widow of John Welch ca 1828- There were 13 children from the two marriages. Martha Pitts was b. 6 April 1802 and d. 1 Jan 1882. I am a desendant of William and Elizabeth Daniel Bodenhamer. John Daniel Bodenhamer was their 7th child. He married Susanna Yokley 26 July 1842 in Rowan Co. NC. She was born 4 July 1822. John Daniels son David William Bodenhamer married Rachael Augusta Veach 18 Feb 1887. Their son George Edgar Bodenhamer b 25 Apr 1876 m Etta Mae Urton daughter of Charles Stewart Urton (Charlie) and Rosena Ann Delap
