You can get the death certificates from the Register of Deeds office and on the certificates, the cemetery is supposed to be recorded. Since most of your deaths are recent the cemetery should be clear.
We had a major flood in 1999 and most of the African American funeral homes were heavily damaged and many of the records were destroyed so you may not have much luck getting information from them. You can write and request copies of any funeral records for the family members, asking where they are buried and if they maintained copies of obituaries or who the family members were that were responsible for the service. Most funeral homes keep such records, but this one was damaged in the flood.
