Yes, I believe Peter Smith is the son of Christian Smith. Christian Smith married Susannah Leinbach's mother, Anna Fidler Leinbach 16 Aug 1791, after the death of Susannah's father, Abraham Leinbach.

I have gathered a lot of information recently and am planning a trip to Berks County, PA in May.
